What is a good exercise video to do w / kids?
I have a 3 years and 1 year. I'm trying to get fit and there times when I need to exercise while they are awake. Are there any good videos to keep assets w / me and really helps me a book too? I tried yoga a work this morning and had to turn it off after 10 minutes. Clearly, my children have free play of mass and color, but they really want to excercise w / and I want to encourage. The videos that I have simply not entertaining enough to keep their attention. So I think there is a great opportunity to promote the link on our home. Also a double stroller and walks … However, I think this is the best option to take a walk when out of 105 degrees.
Mousercize by Disney. He is old, because I used to when I was young. I loved it! Perhaps you can find on Ebay. You will probably get it for my children if I can find.
