Yoga for the first time?
I am willing to try yoga for various reasons such as reducing stress and be a better way, I am not stiff and Flexable think I can do yoga without being so Flexable? What do I need as a beginner or a forum?
Yoga for the first time can be intimidating. especially if you feel strong! Try some yoga poses for beginners with light that is the warrior pose or triangle represent (link included below). Yoga is the intention to improve flexibility. Most people do not go smoothly. I do not know! By working your way you will be able to do more difficult poses quickly. By doing yoga, keeping a bottle of water with you. Sounds silly, because wouldnt think you could stretch thirsty, but if you do the right positions. I would invest in a yoga mat, if you try to do yoga on tile, hardwood or lineoliam (sp?) Ect. Finally, do not stress if you can not have an attitude is the first time, or even after several attempts! Yoga can be difficult and may be a matter of practice or building arm strength! Good luck!
